摘要
职业意向是影响职业选择的一个重要因素。本文采用问卷调查法,对在读档案学专业本科生从事档案职业的意向进行调查研究。结果表明,档案学专业本科生从事档案职业的意向处于中等偏下状态,不同性别、年级、生源地、学校以及对专业满意程度不同的档案学本科生从事档案职业的意向不尽相同。为进一步增强档案学本科生从事档案职业意向,提高档案职业队伍综合素质,文章从学生、学校、用人单位三个层面提出相关建议。
Career intention is an important factor influencing career choice.Based on the method of questionnaire,this paper investigates the intention of undergraduates majoring in archival science to engage in archival profession.The results show that the intention of those undergraduates to engage in archival profession is in a below-average state,and that the intentions of archival undergraduates with different genders,grades,places of birth,schools and professional satisfaction are not the same.In order to further enhance the intention of archival undergraduates to engage in archival profession and improve the comprehensive quality of archives professional team,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions from three aspects:students,schools and employers.
