摘要
档案在我国科技与经济建设过程中,起着忠实记录、参考借鉴的作用,是国家战略资源的核心构成,从事档案专业的人员,应该是国家重点培养的对象。论文以郑州航空工业管理学院档案学专业为研究对象,分析该专业从2008年到2015年的就业数据,研究转变原因,并根据企业需求,构建涉及档案基础技能、专业技能和拓展技能的企业需求层次指标体系。根据就业与需求指标,审视现有专业培养体系,进行优化,从而培养更适用需求的档案专业新人才。
As the core constitution of National Strategic Resources,Archives faithfully recorded and serve-das the reference in the course of technology and economic construction in China.Therefore,personnel staffsofarchival majors should be the main training objects of the nation.With archival majors in Zhengzhou Instituteof Aeronautical industry Management as the research objects,employment data from 2008 to 2015 are collecte-dand analyzed to investigate the causes of change.Moreover,index system of business demand level involvingbasic skills,professional skills and expanded skills of archival science isconstructed according to business-needs.According to employment and demand indicators,existing professional training system is examined an-doptimized in order to cultivate more new talents of Archival majors to satisfy the needs.
