摘要
为了研究在倾斜有曲率的隧道内汽车发生火灾时烟气的蔓延规律,建立了南昌市红谷隧道一入口处的全尺寸模型,运用Fluent软件对不同风速和不同火源功率下的隧道火灾进行了数值模拟分析,探究了抑制火灾烟气逆流的临界风速;通过与经验公式所算的结果进行比较,验证了数值模拟的可靠性。结果表明:坡度的存在使得火灾烟气更多的向隧道上坡方向蔓延;纵向通风风速太小对烟气蔓延会产生不利的影响,风速达到或大于临界风速时对烟气的控制效果较好;当风速达到临界风速时,曲率的存在使得隧道内侧和外侧的温度呈现不对称分布;隧道火灾火源功率为5、10、20 MW时,临界风速大概分别为2.0、2.5、3.0 m/s,模拟结果与经验公式所算的值变化趋势相似。
In order to analyze smoke spread in the case of automobile fire in the inclined tunnel with curvature,a full-size model of the entrance of Honggu tunnel in Nanchang was established.Numerical simulation of tunnel fires under different wind speeds and different heat release rates of fire source was carried out by using Fluent software,and the critical wind speed to suppress the adverse flow of smoke was investigated.The reliability of numerical simulation is verified by comparing the results with empirical formulae from other scholars.The results show that the existence of slope causes more smoke to spread towards the uphill direction,if wind speed of longitudinal ventilation is too small,it will have a negative effect on the spread of smoke,if wind speed reaches or exceeds the critical wind speed,control effect of smoke is quite good,if wind speed reaches the critical wind speed,asymmetrical distribution of temperature in cross section of tunnel appears due to curvature of tunnel,if heat release rate of tunnel fire is 5,10 and 20 MW,the critical wind speed is approximately 2.0,2.5 and 3.0 m/s,respectively.The simulation results are similar to the variation trend of values calculated by empirical formulae.
