摘要
湿包是压力蒸汽灭菌过程中常见的一种现象。文章以压力蒸汽灭菌的机制为切入点,说明灭菌过程中冷凝水的来源。收集和分析在日常工作中脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌后产生湿包的不同形式,发现其中主要影响因素为蒸汽质量、脉动真空灭菌设备、排水管路、包装、装载、卸载、包装材料、器械材质等。根据分析结果,制定了可行性的解决方法和预防措施。
Wet package is a common phenomenon in the process of pressure steam sterilization.From the mechanism of pressure steam sterilization as the starting point,this paper explains the source of condensed water in the process of sterilization.Collection and analysis of different forms of wet bag produced after sterilization by pulsating vacuum pressure steam in daily work.Wet package is mainly affected by steam quality,pulsating vacuum sterilization equipment,drainage pipeline,packaging,loading,unloading,packaging materials,equipment materials,etc.According to the analysis results,feasible solutions and preventive measures are formulated.
