摘要
区块链技术已从金融行业逐步蔓延至其他领域。在司法领域,区块链技术当前更多在赋能法院。以互联网法院为例,区块链技术目前主要应用于司法存证、智能合约以及数据共享。一方面,随着政策支持和现实需要,未来区块链技术应用范围将不断扩展到各基层法院,应用场景也将进一步扩展;另一方面,技术难题、认知障碍以及区块链对传统法学的冲击等问题也给司法区块链的深入发展带来了诸多阻碍。因此,在关注技术进步的同时保持理性反思,加强新型人才培养,有利于区块链技术在司法领域的发展。
Blockchain technology has gradually spread from the financial industry to other fields.Among them,in the judicial field,blockchain technology is currently more empowering courts.Taking Internet courts as an example,blockchain technology is currently mainly used in judicial certificate storage,smart contracts,and data sharing.On the one hand,with policy support and practical needs,the scope of blockchain technology applications in the future will continue to expand to all grassroots courts,and the application scenarios will also be further expanded.On the other hand,technical difficulties,cognitive barriers,and impact of blockchain on the traditional law have also brought many obstacles to the in-depth development of the judicial blockchain.Therefore,while focusing on technological progress,maintaining rational reflection and strengthening the cultivation of new talents is conducive to the development of blockchain technology in the field of justice.
