摘要
目的探讨一件式造口袋配合伤口一抹得对大便失禁相关性皮炎(IAD)患者IAD发生状况、皮肤愈合情况及骶尾部压力性损伤发生率的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2019年9月我院医治的大便失禁相关性皮炎(IAD)患者40例为研究对象,按照治疗先后顺序将其等分为对照组和干预组。对照组患者给予传统护理干预,干预组患者给予一件式造口袋配合伤口一抹得联合护理,观察并比较两组患者干预后IAD发生状况、皮肤愈合情况及骶尾部压力性损伤发生率。结果干预组患者IAD总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),干预组患者皮肤愈合总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),干预组患者的骶尾部压力性损伤发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将一件式造口袋配合伤口一抹得应用于IAD患者中,可有效减少重复护理次数,提升护理质量和效果,促进患者肛门周围皮肤愈合效率,降低和减少IAD发生率和骶尾部压力性损伤发生率,提高患者生存质量。
Objective To explore the effect of one-piece ostomy bag combined with Miraculous Trauma Adhesive on the occurrence of incontinence-associated dermatitis(IAD),skin healing and the incidence of sacrococcygeal pressure injury in patients with IAD.Methods We selected 40 cases of patients with IAD treated in our hospital from June 2018 to September 2019 as the study objects,and they were divide into a control group and an intervention group according to the order of treatment.Patients in the control group were given traditional nursing intervention,and patients in the intervention group were given one-piece ostomy bag combined with Miraculous Trauma Adhesive nursing.The occurrence of IAD,skin healing and the incidence of sacrococcygeal pressure injury were observed and compared between the two groups after intervention.Results The overall incidence of IAD in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of skin healing in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of sacrococcygeal pressure injury in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of one-piece ostomy bag combined with Miraculous Trauma Adhesive in patients with IAD can effectively reduce the number of repeated nursing,improve the quality and effect of nursing,promote the healing efficiency of the skin around the anus,and reduce and decrease the incidence rate of IAD and sacrococcygeal pressure injury,and improve the quality of life of patients.
