摘要
目的探讨中西医结合护理干预对围绝经期综合征患者的影响,旨在为围绝经期综合征患者提供更安全有效的护理服务。方法选择2018年12月至2020年1月围绝经期综合征患者100例,将患者随机等分成对照组和研究组,对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组给予中西医结合护理干预。比较两组患者的血清性激素水平、心理状态、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果研究组干预后FSH,LH低于对照组,E2水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SAS评分及SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活质量各指标评分、护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理干预,可改善围绝经期综合征患者的性激素水平,改善负性情绪,提高患者生活质量和护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention on patients with perimenopausal syndrome,aiming to provide safer and more effective nursing services for patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods We selected 100 cases of patients with perimenopausal syndrome from December 2018 to January 2020,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention,and the study group was given integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention.The serum sex hormone levels,mental status,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the FSH and LH in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the E2 level was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the each indexes scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the level of sex hormones in patients with perimenopausal syndrome,improve negative emotions,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
