摘要
目的观察并分析采取个性化健康教育对于促进盆底康复训练的效果。方法方便选取该院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的进行盆底康复训练患者102例,随机分为观察组和对照组各51例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取个性化健康教育。对比康复效果。结果盆底Ⅱ类肌纤维疲劳度(0.02±0.01)%,盆底Ⅱ类肌纤维电压(8.56±1.61)V,盆底Ⅰ类肌纤维疲劳度(-0.03±0.04)%、盆底Ⅰ类肌纤维电压(8.36±1.53)V,手测阴道横断面肌力值(4.23±0.51)级,下腹酸胀、下坠感21.6%,阴道松弛11.8%,阴道干涩17.6%,尿急、尿频发生率3.9%,总有效率94.1%均优于对照组(0.01±0.03)%、(6.52±1.58)V、(-0.07±0.03)%、(6.23±1.48)V、(3.31±0.52)级、43.1%、31.4%、35.3%、19.6%、82.4%,对比差异有统计学意义(t=3.067、6.262、7.607、6.795、8.926,χ^2=4.895、4.966、4.415、5.046、8.574,P<0.05)。结论个性化健康教育可有效提升盆底康复训练效果,值得推广。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of individualized health education on promoting pelvic floor rehabilitation training.Methods 102 patients with convenient election pelvic floor rehabilitation training admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 51 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received personalized health education.Compare the rehabilitation effects.Results Pelvic floorⅡclass fatigue(0.02±0.01)%,pelvic floor muscle fibersⅡclass(8.56±1.61)V,pelvic floor muscle fiber voltageⅠclass fatigue of muscle fiber(0.03±0.04)%,pelvic floor muscle fiber voltageⅠclass(8.36±1.53)V,hand vaginal transverse strength measurement value(4.23±0.51)grade for level,lower abdomen acid bilges,straining feeling 17.6%21.6%11.8%,vaginal relaxation,vaginal dryness,urgency,urinary frequency rate 3.9%,total effective rate 94.1%is better than that of control group(0.01±0.03)%,(6.52±1.58)V,(-0.07±0.03)%,(6.23±1.48)V,(3.31±0.52)grade,43.1%,31.4%,35.3%,19.6%,82.4%,and the difference were statistically significant(t=3.067,6.262,7.607,6.795,8.926,χ^2=4.895,4.966,4.415,5.046,8.574,P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized health education can effectively improve the effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation training and is worth promoting.
