摘要
目的探讨个体化营养干预对酒精性肝炎患者营养状况及肝功能的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年10月我院收治的80例酒精性肝炎患者,按照随机数字表法等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理干预和营养指导,观察组在对照组基础上实施个体化营养干预,比较分析两组患者血红蛋白(Hb)和白蛋白(ALB)营养指标情况,以及谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)肝功能各项指标。结果干预后,观察组患者Hb和ALB指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者AST,ALT,TBIL与γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)肝功能各项指标优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化营养干预能有效改善酒精性肝炎患者营养状况,提升肝功能恢复效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of individualized nutrition intervention on nutritional status and liver function of patients with alcoholic hepatitis.Methods To select 80 cases of patients with alcoholic hepatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention and nutritional guidance,and the observation group implemented the individualized nutrition intervention based on the control group.The hemoglobin(Hb)and albumin(ALB)nutritional indicators,as well as aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBIL)liver function indicators of patients were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results After intervention,the Hb and ALB indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the AST,ALT,TBIL andγ-glutamyl transpeptadase(GGT)liver function indicators of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized nutritional intervention can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients with alcoholic hepatitis and enhance the recovery effect of liver function recovery,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
