临床案例警示联合并发症体验式教育在2型糖尿病患者中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨临床案例警示联合并发症体验式教育在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年10月就诊于我院的78例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用临床案例警示管理,研究组在对照组基础上采用并发症体验式教育管理。比较两组糖尿病患者管理自我效能量表(C-DMSES)得分及血糖水平。结果研究组护理1月后C-DMSES量表评分高于对照组,空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床案例警示联合并发症体验式教育可提高2型糖尿病患者自我管理效能,改善血糖水平。 Objective To explore the application effect of clinical case warning combined with experiential education on complications in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods To select 78 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to October 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The control group adopted clinical case warning management,and the study group adopted experiential education management on complications based on the control group.The Chinese-version diabetes management self-efficacy scale(C-DMSES)scores and blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups.Results After one month of nursing,the C-DMSES score in the study group was higher than that in control group,and the levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG)were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical case warning combined with experiential education on complications can improve the self-management efficiency and blood sugar level of patients with type 2 diabetes.
