摘要
目的调查安徽省低年级女大学生乳腺癌知识、态度、行为现状及其影响因素。方法自制问卷,简单随机抽取安徽省15所高校1500名低年级女大学生进行调查。结果低年级女大学生乳腺癌知识、态度、行为得分率分别为:75.55%、68.74%、59.42%,知识、态度、行为得分分别为(13.60±3.25)分、(3.44±1.20)分、(3.57±1.28)分,其中,低年级女大学生乳腺癌知识﹑态度分值和知识-态度-行为(KAP)总分在不同生源地组间、母亲受教育程度不同组间、乳腺癌健康教育不同组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在不同乳腺癌家族史组间、不同乳腺癌疾病史组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);低年级女大学生乳腺癌防治行为得分在不同生源地组间、母亲受教育程度不同组间、不同乳腺癌健康教育组间、不同乳腺癌家族史组间、不同乳腺癌疾病史组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。母亲受教育程度、乳腺癌健康教育、乳腺癌家族史是乳腺癌知识、态度、行为总体的影响因素。结论安徽省低年级女大学生乳腺癌知识和态度尚可,防治行为相对较差。
Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude,behavior status and influencing factors of breast cancer among lower grade female college students in Anhui province.Methods Self-questionnaire was developed,and 1500 lower grade female college students were randomly selected from 15 universities in Anhui province.Results The scoring rates of breast cancer knowledge,attitude and behavior in lower grade female college students were 75.55%,68.74%and 59.42%respectively,and their scores of knowledge,attitude and behavior were(13.60±3.25),(3.44±1.20)and(3.57±1.28)points respectively,among them,the comparison of breast cancer knowledge and attitude scores and total knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)score between different origin groups of lower grade female college students,between different mother’s education level groups,and between different health education of breast cancer groups showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between different family history of breast cancer groups and different history of breast cancer groups(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of breast cancer prevention and control behavior among lower grade female college students between different origin groups,between different mother’s education level groups,between different health education of breast cancer groups,between different family history of breast cancer groups,and between different history of breast cancer(P<0.05).Maternal education degree,breast cancer health education and family history of breast cancer were the overall influencing factors of breast cancer knowledge,attitude and behavior.Conclusion The breast cancer knowledge and attitude of lower grade female college students in Anhui province are well,and the prevention and treatment practice is relatively poor.
