摘要
目的统计某大学女大学生乳腺癌知识总分,并分析其影响因素。方法对拉萨市某高校采用横断面调查方法,通过自行设计的问卷共收集267份有效样本,使用t检验、方差分析和多元线性回归分析等方法进行数据分析。结果乳腺癌知识整体平均总得分为(24.23±8.10)分。方差分析显示,不同年级学生在乳腺癌知识水平上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但民族和生源地对知识水平的影响不显著,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,生源地和年级会对乳腺癌知识总分呈正相关。结论该高校女大学生乳腺癌认知水平较差,乳房保健意识和乳房保健能力亟待提高。
Objective To collect the total score of knowledge about breast cancer among female college students and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted in a university in Lhasa,Xizang Province.A total of 267 valid samples were collected through a selfdesigned questionnaire.The data were analyzed by t test,variance analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Results The average total score of breast cancer knowledge was(24.23±8.10)points.Analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences in knowledge level of breast cancer among students of different grades(P<0.05),but nationality and place of origin had no significant influence on knowledge level(P>0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the origin and grade of students had significant positive influence on the total score of breast cancer knowledge.Conclusion The cognition level of breast cancer in female college students is poor,and the awareness and ability of breast health care need to be improved.
