摘要
电力能源紧张问题日益突出,针对这一问题,合理的电源扩展规划既能够满足电能的需求,又能够解决未来的供应不足。本文通过模拟IEEE-RTS系统,提出将蒙特卡罗方法运用到电源扩展规划当中,利用其随机性,计算出系统的可靠性指标,并利用得到的结果建立包含运行费用、投资费用和停电损失费用的目标函数,最后通过数学工具Lingo求解出投增的发电机数量。
The problem of power energy shortage is becoming increasingly prominent.To address this problem,a reasonable power expansion plan can not only meet the demand for electrical energy,but also solve the future shortage of supply.In this paper,by simulating the IEEE-RTS system,the Monte Carlo method is proposed to be used in power expansion planning.Using its randomness,the reliability index of the system is calculated,and the obtained results are used to establish the costs including operating costs,investment costs,and power outage losses.The objective function is finally solved by the mathematical tool Lingo.
