摘要
风电的随机性和间歇性使得供电成本大大增加,风电并网加剧了系统的供需矛盾。在电力市场环境下,用户的用电需求可以对价格进行响应,帮助电网更好地消纳风电。根据这一特性,建立了基于需求响应的含风电电源规划模型,考虑了可变负荷的同时段和跨时段响应特性,并在模型中加入了CO2排放强度和风电备用容量约束。通过仿真计算得到各电源的发电容量情况。实验结果验证了模型的合理性,表明需求响应的引入可以提高风电渗透率,同时降低供电成本。
The randomness and intermittence of wind power make the cost of electricity generation increase greatly and exacerbate the imbalance between supply and demand. In the electricity market environment, the demand side has the ability to respond to the variations of energy price in short term, which can help the power grid to absorb wind power. Based on this feature, a generation expansion planning model which incorporates wind power and short-term demand response is established in this paper. The elasticity of own-price and cross-price, the constraints of CO2 emission intensity and the wind power reserve capacity are also taken into account. Moreover, through simulation, the power generation capacity is obtained. The experimental results not only validate the rationality of the model, but also prove that the introduction of demand response can increase the wind power penetration and reduce the cost of power supply.
