摘要
目的分析不同职业人群的干眼症患病情况及影响因素,提出有效干预措施。方法选取2018年6-12月本院接受健康检查的普通人群400人,调查其干眼症患病情况,比较不同职业人群的患病率,分析其影响因素。结果入选400人中378人完成问卷调查及眼部检查,有效率为94.50%。378人受试者中有107名罹患干眼症,患病率为28.31%。教师的干眼症患病率最高(63.33%),其次分别为学生(60.00%)、农民(41.94%)和工人(31.82%)。单因素及logistic多因素回归分析显示,年龄、屈光不正、阅读写作姿势、佩戴隐形眼镜、眼部损伤或手术史、吸烟、长期使用眼药水、周围环境污染、长期空调环境、长期接触视频终端是干眼症发生的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论生活环境、工作环境、生活习惯是影响不同职业人群干眼症的主要因素,加强健康教育及生活习惯指导是预防干眼症的重要措施。
Objective To study prevalence and influencing factors of xerophthalmia in different occupational groups,in order to propose effective intervention measures.Methods 400ordinary people receiving health examination from June to December 2018in a hospital were selected to investigate the prevalence of xerophthalmia,compare the prevalence of different occupational groups,and analyze the influencing factors.Results Among the 400people,378completed the questionnaire survey and eye examination,with an effective rate of 94.50%.Of the 378subjects,107developed dry eye syndrome(28.31%).Teachers had the highest prevalence of xerophthalmia(63.33%),followed by students(60.00%),farmers(41.94%)and workers(31.82%).Univariate and logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that age,refractive error,reading and writing posture,wearing contact lenses,eye injury or surgical history,smoking,long-term use of eye drops,environmental pollution,long-term air conditioning environment,and long-term exposure to video terminals were independent influencing factors for the occurrence of xerophthalmia(P<0.05).Conclusions Living environment,working environment and living habits are the main factors that affect xerophthalmia in different occupational groups.Strengthening health education and living habits guidance is an important measure to prevent xerophthalmia.
