摘要
高度不确定性是网络信息社会的本质特征,它植根于网络的快速传递和信息的不断更新。然而,网络信息社会的高度不确定性既给社会带来了空前活力,同时也滋生了激烈挑战传统社会秩序的风险,并且也严重冲击了以熟悉关系和制度规则为基础的传统社会信任。如何清醒认识网络信息社会高度不确定性的生成根据和持续状态,化解新形势下社会信任分化的矛盾,建立以不确定性为基础的新型社会信任,促进社会秩序的更新与维持,是当代人文社会科学研究不可回避的重大时代课题。
A high degree of uncertainty is the essential characteristic of the network information society,which has its roots in the rapid transmission of the network and the continuous updating of information.However,the high degree of uncertainty in the network information society has brought not only unprec-edented vitality into the society but also the risk of fiercely challenging traditional social order,and it has also seriously affected traditional social trust based on familiar relationships and institutional rules.How to have a clear understanding of the root cause and continuity of the high degree of uncertainty in the network information society,resolving the contradiction of social trust differentiation in the new situ-ation,establishing a new type of social trust based on uncertainty,and promoting the updating and main-tenance of social order is a major subject of the time that the contemporary study of humanities and so-cial sciences cannot avoid.
