摘要
经过30多年的发展,中国网络社会已经大规模崛起,不仅占全国总人口半数以上的社会成员成为网民,而且网络社会的交往行为、经验基础和群体形式都已呈现出与传统社会不同的方式和特点,网络社会由此而具备了充实的空间内容和崭新的空间关系。借鉴已有互联网技术发展史的研究成果,对中国网络社会的发展历程做阶段划分和进展总结,并通过对微信群等网络群体的形成方式和活动特点的考察分析,能够揭示网络社会的时空扩展情况及其给社会治理带来的严峻挑战。
After over 30 years' development, the Chinese network society has risen on a large scale. Not only has more than half of the national population become netizens, but also the communicative behavior, basis of experience and forms of groups in the network society have taken on patterns and features different from those in the traditional society. Thus, the network society is provided with abundant content and new relations. The present paper classifies the developmental course of the Chinese network society into stages and gives a summary of the development with reference to research findings in the history of the Internet technology development. Finally, the paper reveals the spatial expansion of network society and the tough challenges it brings about for social governance by examining and analyzing the formation and activities of such network groups as WeChat groups.
