UPLC法同时测定新安名方脑络欣通中5个活性成分的含量 被引量:1

Simultaneous Determination of Five Active Components in Naoluoxintong Decoction of Xin’an Famous Prescription by UPLC

摘要 目的:建立UPLC法同时测定脑络欣通方中羟基红花黄色素A、毛蕊异黄酮苷、阿魏酸、芒柄花苷、毛蕊异黄酮5个活性成份。方法:ACQUITY-CSH-C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm)色谱柱;0.05%甲酸水(A)-乙腈(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱;检测波长:260 nm;流速:0.25 mL/min;柱温:30℃;进样量:2μL;分析时间:17 min。结果:脑络欣通方中羟基红花黄色素A、毛蕊异黄酮苷、阿魏酸、芒柄花苷、毛蕊异黄酮的含量分别为59.847 ng、6.888 ng、11.735 ng、2.085 ng、1.834 ng。结论:该方法简便、准确可靠、重复性高,可适用于脑络欣通方的质量控制。 Objective:To establish a UPLC method for simultaneous determination of five active components(hydroxysafflor yellow A,calycosin-7-O-glucoside,ferulic acid,ononin,calycosin)in Naoluoxintong prescription.Methods:Waters ACQUITY-CSH-C18 column(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm)was used.Mobile phase A was 0.05%acetic acid water and B was a solution of acetonitrile,a gradient elution program method was used.The detection wavelength was 260 nm,the flow rate was 0.25 mL/min,the column temperature was 30°C,the injection volume was 2μL,and the analysis time was 17 min.Results:The contents of hydroxysafflor yellow A,calycosin-7-O-glucoside,ferulic acid,ononin,calycosin were 59.847 ng,6.888 ng,11.735 ng,2.085 ng and 1.834 ng,respectively.Conclusion:The method is convenient,reliable and highly reproducible.It can be applied to quantify of Naoluoxintong prescription.
