摘要
临床实习是医学生从理论走向实践、从课堂走向社会的重要阶段。作为医学本科教育的最后一环,临床实习的主要目的是培养医学生独立的临床思维能力、临床处理能力及医患沟通能力,是培养具有“岗位胜任力”的各方面平衡发展的医学人才的重要时期。实习生的临床积极性在很大程度上会影响临床实习效果,也会在很大程度上影响着学生毕业以后的工作质量。妇产科与其他学科相比,具有其特殊性,部分医学生在妇产科临床实习中缺乏主动性、积极性,尤其男实习生,严重影响学生实习效果。文章从学生自身方面、带教老师方面及医患关系方面,多个角度分析影响妇产科实习生临床积极性的因素,并提出相应对策,以期进一步提高医学生临床实习效果。
Clinical practice is an important stage for medical students from theory to practice and from classroom to society.As the last link of medical undergraduate education,the main purpose of clinical practice is to cultivate the independent clinical thinking ability,clinical processing ability and communication ability between doctors and patients of medical students.It is an important period to cultivate the balanced development of medical talents with“post competency”.To a great extent,the clinical enthusiasm of interns will affect the effect of clinical practice and the quality of work of students after graduation.Compared with other disciplines,obstetrics and Gynecology has its particularity.Some medical students lack initiative and enthusiasm in clinical practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology,especially male interns,which seriously affects the effect of students’practice.This article analyzes the factors that affect the clinical enthusiasm of Obstetrics and Gynecology interns from the aspects of students themselves,teachers and patients,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to further improve the clinical practice effect of medical students.
