摘要
质量是高校发展的核心主题,教学质量越来越得到社会的关注。如何保障本科教学质量是各高等医学院校积极探究的新命题。大部分高等医学院校根据自身现状构建了内部教学质量保障体系,但建设思路不够成熟,有待进一步研究与改善。文章在研究内蒙古医科大学内部教学质量保障体系建设发展的基础上分析了高等医学院校质量保障体系建设的基本内容,探讨了高等医药院校质量保障体系的执行流程,发现了质量保障体系建设过程中存在的问题,提出了建设高校内部本科教学质量保障体系的思路,对今后高校内部质量保障体系建设与发展有积极的借鉴意义。
Quality is the central theme of the development of universities,and the quality of undergraduate teaching has gained more and more attention from the society.The ways to guarantee the quality of undergraduate teaching is a new issue actively explored by various medical universities.Most universities have constructed the internal teaching quality guarantee system according to their current situation,but the construction thought is not mature enough,and needs to be further studied and improved.Based on the study of the construction and development of the internal teaching quality guarantee system in Inner Mongolia Medical University,this paper analyzes the basic content of the construction of the quality guarantee system in our school,discusses the implementation process of the quality guarantee system of medical university,discovers the problems existing in the construction of quality guarantee system,puts forward the idea of constructing the internal undergraduate teaching quality guarantee system in colleges and universities,and has positive meanings for reference to the construction and development of the internal teaching quality guarantee system of medical colleges and universities later.
