摘要
教育部"本科教学质量与教学改革工程"中的一项重要内容就是教学团队建设。以广州大学华软软件学院信息管理与信息系统专业为例,对应用型本科院校教学团队建设中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了以提高教学质量、提升教师教学与科研能力为目标,以专业课程群建设为核心,科研与教学相结合的教学团队建设模式。
An important content of the "Quality of Undergraduate Teaching and Teaching Reform Project" of the Ministry of Education is the construction of teaching teams.This paper takes the information management and information system major of South China Institute of Software Engineering.GU as an example,analyzes the problems existing in the construction of teaching teams in applied undergraduate colleges,and puts forward the goal of improving teaching quality and enhancing teachers’ teaching and scientific research capabilities.This article also proposes a model of teaching team building that combines scientific research and teaching with the construction of professional courses as the core.
