摘要
为了进一步探讨光触媒纺织品抗菌性能的评价方法,文章按照《GB/T 23763—2009光催化抗菌材料及制品抗菌性能的评价》的试验方法对TiO2处理的织布进行了抗菌性能测试,考察了湿度控制方法、光照强度、培养时间对测试结果的影响。结果表明,标准中的湿度控制方法并不能满足试验成立条件,规定范围内的光照强度对测试结果影响不大,但是规定范围内的培养时间对抗抑菌率的影响较大,建议针对这些问题对其性能评价方法进行完善和改进。
In order to discuss the evaluation method of antimicrobial activity of photocatalytic textiles,this paper tests the antibacterial activity of TiO2 treated fabrics according to the test method of GB/T 23763—2009 Photo-Catalytic Antimicrobial Materials And Products-Assessment For Antimicrobial Activity and Efficacy,and investigates the influence of humidity control method,light intensity and culture time on the test results.The results show that the humidity control method in the standard cannot meet the test conditions.The light intensity within the specified range has little influence on the test results.However,the culture time within the specified range has a great influence on the antibacterial rate.It is suggested to perfect and improve the performance evaluation method for these problems.
