摘要
纺织品的抗菌整理评价分为定性和定量两种,后者更准确、可靠,但工序复杂、费时。文中介绍了目前抗菌整理用抗菌剂和测试方法,并对使用较多的抗菌测试方法及标准进行了对比,包括美国标准AATCC、国际标准ISO、日本工业标准JIS和中国国家标准GB。各国的标准在抗菌性能测试方法上基本相似,但在具体的操作细节和结果表述上有差别,纺织品要根据最终用途确定抗菌评价的测试标准和要求。
There are different antimicrobial evaluations and testing methods for antibacterial performance of textiles,which can be mainly divided into qualitative and quantitative evaluations.The latter is more accurate and more reliable,but more complex and time-consuming compared with the former.This paper introduces antibacterial finishing agents and testing standards.Further more,the mutual antimicrobial test methods and standards in the world at present are compared,including American standard AATCC,international standard ISO,Japanese industrial standard JIS and China national standard GB.Although the standards of antibacterial properties testing are similar on the whole,there are still some differences in specific operation details and result formulations.It is necessary to choose the correct testing standards and methods according to the terminal use and purpose of antimicrobial textiles.
