摘要
随着国际化合作不断深入,与外籍人士言语交际、交流合作越发频繁,而涉外英语言语交际离不开英语称呼语,英语称呼语是开启涉外英语成功言语交际的钥匙。通过实例分析非独立与独立称呼语分类与用法:非独立称呼语包含通用性、职务头衔、通用性职务头衔结合等类别;独立称呼语包含职场公文、公共演讲、日常交际、新闻媒体等场合的称呼语;而后探讨英语称呼语如礼貌标记、身份认同、人际关系指示等特定的社交指示功能,以便涉外人士学习、应用得体的使用英语称呼语,开启成功的英语言语交际大门,促进国际业务、合作能够顺利、有效开展。
It becomes more and more frequent to communicate and cooperate with foreigners with the deepened international cooperation.English speech communication should be carried out with the aid of proper English vocatives.Vocative is a key to a successful foreign speech communication.This paper analyzes classification and application of dependent and independent vocatives with instances.Dependent vocatives include general title,job title,and their combination;independent vocatives include those applied in occasions like workplace documents,public speech,daily communication as well as news and media,and so on.Then,it has discussed about the specific function of vocatives,such as politeness,identities,and indication of interpersonal relationship,to help those involved with foreign affairs and cooperation learn and apply proper English vocatives,andcarry out successful English speech communication,and promote the efficient and effective fulfilment of international affairs and cooperation.
