摘要
称呼语是言语交际过程的重要组成部分,是传递信息和交流感情的重要工具。它折射出语言与文化的密切关系,体现了称呼语背后鲜明的民族文化特征。本文探讨了称呼语的转换及其功能,并从语用视角探讨英汉称呼语翻译的策略,以求获得最佳的翻译效果,为等值翻译的可行性提供一点启示。
Address form is an important integral part in the process of speech communication,information transmission and emotional exchange.It can reflect the close relationship between language and culture and distinctive national cultural characteristics.This paper makes an analysis of code switching and pragmatic function of address forms and puts forward some pragmatic translation strategies from the perspective of pragmatics with the purpose of attaining the best translation effect and some hints on the feasibility of equivalence translation.
