摘要
本文基于2016年流动人口动态监测数据,运用二元Logist模型,从个人特征、家庭特征、工作特征和市民化意愿方面研究各个因素对农民工参加城镇职工医疗保险的影响效果,并对比研究这些因素对新生代农民工和老一代农民工的影响效应差别。研究发现:第一,不同农民工群体参加城镇职工医疗保险的意愿存在较大差异。诸如性别和年龄等很多因素对新生代和老一代农民工的影响存在完全相反的效果。第二,家庭年收入越高,农民工参加城镇职工医疗保险的可能性会增加。第三,签订劳动合同,有利于农民工参加城镇职工医疗保险。第四,农民工的市民化意愿越强,农民工更倾向于参加城镇职工医疗保险。为鼓励更多农民工参加城镇职工医疗保险,完善农民工的社会保障体系,应该提高农民工的教育程度,进而提升其收入水平,增加农民工的劳动合同签订率,以及鼓励符合条件的农民工在城镇定居。
Based on the dynamic monitoring data of the floating population in 2016,this paper uses binary Logist model to study the effects of various factors on migrant workers'participation in medical insurance for urban workers from the aspects of personal characteristics,family characteristics,work characteristics and citizenization wishes,and compares the effects of these factors on the new generation of migrant workers and the old generation of migrant workers.The study found that:first,different groups of migrant workers have different willingness to participate in medical insurance for urban workers.Many factors,such as gender and age,have completely opposite effects on the new generation and the old generation of migrant workers.Second,the higher the family's annual income,the more likely migrant workers are to participate in medical insurance for urban workers.Third,the signing of labor contracts is conducive to the participation of migrant workers in medical insurance for urban workers.Fourth,the stronger the citizenization intention of migrant workers,the more migrant workers are inclined to participate in medical insurance for urban workers.In order to encourage more migrant workers to participate in medical insurance for urban workers and improve the social security system for migrant workers,the education level of migrant workers should be improved so as to raise their income level,increase the labor contract signing rate of migrant workers,and encourage eligible migrant workers to settle in cities and towns.
