摘要
当前,我国农民工对医疗救助认知度低,自主参加意愿不足;农民工医疗救助制度的保障范围窄、救助力度小,而且管理机制不健全,相关法律法规缺失。对此,要提高农民工的文化素质和维权能力,健全卫生服务体系,医疗资源向弱势群体倾斜,改善医疗救助申请程序,提升救助水平,同时,加快相关立法,明晰各方的救助管理职责。
At present, migrant workers in our country have low awareness of medical aid and low willingness to participate it independently.The guarantee scope of medical aid system for migrant workers is narrow, the relief effort is small, the management mechanism is not perfect, and the relevant laws and regulations are missing. It is necessary to enhance the cultural quality of migrant workers and their ability to protect their rights, improve the health service system, tilt medical resources to vulnerable groups, optimizing the procedure for applying for medical aid, and upgrade the level of relief. At the same time, government should speed up relevant legislation and clarify the responsibilities of all administrative organizations of scouring.
