摘要
【目的/意义】农业旅游已成为浙江省农业发展的新业态,通过研究千岛湖农业旅游创新发展过程中的现状与不足,以期为千岛湖农业旅游创新发展提供新的角度,加快千岛湖“秀水富民”的进程。【方法/过程】通过文献研究、案例分析、实地调研等方法研究千岛湖农业旅游创新发展,分析千岛湖农业旅游的创新案例中存在的问题并提出建议对策。【结果/结论】结果显示,千岛湖存在政策环境有待改善;公共交通设施不够健全;农业旅游项目开发深度不够;高端人才少、从业人员素质低等问题,建议千岛湖应建立行业发展标准,完善相关农业政策;完善的公共交通设施;利用文化打造特色农业旅游;积极培养高端农业旅游人才,提高从业人员素质。
【Objective/Meaning】The agricultural tourism has become a new form of agricultural development in Zhejiang Province.The status quo and deficiencies in the innovative development of agricultural tourism in Qiandao Lake were studied in this paper,in order to provide a new angle for the innovative development of agricultural tourism in Qiandao Lake and accelerate the process of“enriching the people with water”in Qiandao Lake.【Methods/Procedures】Through the methods of literature research,case analysis and field research,the innovative development of agricultural tourism in Qiandao Lake was studied,and the problems existing in the innovative cases of agricultural tourism in Qiandao Lake were analyzed.And then,the countermeasures were put forward.【Results/Conclusions】The results showed that there were some existing problems in Qiandao Lake such as the policy environment needed to be improved,inadequate public transport facilities,insufficient development depth of agricultural tourism project,few high-end talents and low quality of practitioners,etc.Therefore,the countermeasures for Qiandao Lake were put forward including establishing the standards of industry development,improving relevant agricultural policies,improving the public transport facilities,making use of the culture to create the featured agricultural tourism,actively training the high-end talents for agricultural tourism and improving the quality of practitioners,etc.
