摘要
通过对相关外文数据库的检索,获得1980年以来国外农业旅游研究方面的文献370余篇,其研究内容主要涉及:农业旅游的兴起、农业旅游的概念和类型、农业旅游的影响、农业旅游的发展条件和障碍、农业旅游的发展策略、农业旅游中的性别问题、农业旅游目的地的生命周期、气候与环境变化对农业旅游开发的影响等。虽然国外在农业旅游研究方面起步较早,研究领域广泛,并已深入到许多微观层面,但仍有一些问题需要继续深入研究,如农业旅游内涵与外延的界定,从多方面多角度对农业旅游类型的划分,全面认识农业旅游的影响等。
Agritourism,as a form of tourism,developed in order to meet the leisure fitness needs of people to suburban countryside.Agritourism first sprung up in developed countries,and dated back to more than 100 years ago.Theoretical research on agritourism has been taken on for a long time aboard,and achieved fruitful results.Carding the achievements systematically not only has references on agritourism in our country appeared in late years,but also to the theoretical study of our agritourism.Through researched the relevant foreign language databases,got more than 370 passages refer to overseas agritourism since 1980.Overseas agritourism research mainly around the following aspects： 1） the rise of agritourism,including rise reasons which from supply and need aspects;2） the definitions of agritourism from various aspects and the types of agritourism,types of agritourist,types of agritourism producers;3） the influence of agritourism,mainly on positive effects on visitors and tourism destinations or on agriculture,rural areas and peasants;4） the developing conditions and obstacles,conditions including internal conditions and external guarantees which consist of financial guarantee,law insurance and organization safeguard;5） the developing strategies of agritourism,referred to Michigan developing strategy,variable developing strategy,sustainable developing strategy,marketing strategies,price strategy and so on;6） gender issues in agritourism,especially on the mutual relation between female and agritourism,emphasized on the signification of female in the process of agritourism development;7） the life cycle of agritourism destination,didn＇t put forward the exact stages of the life cycle of agritourism;8） the changes of climate and environment on the development of agritourism,agriculture and tourism both are sensitive to climate and environment.Although aboard research on agritourism started earlier,wide range of research filed and has penetrated into many micro-level.But there are still some problems need continuing researches.The future research should pay more attention to passive effects of agritourism,and put forward countermeasures to promote the development of agritourism better.
