摘要
目的 分析我院抗抑郁药物临床应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 回顾性分析我院2019年1-10月接受抗抑郁药物治疗的610例患者临床资料,分类别对我院抗抑郁药物临床应用的销售金额、DDDs、DDC进行统计分析.结果 我院抗抑郁药物使用金额总体呈增长趋势,其中SSRIs、SNRIs使用金额占总金额的80%左右,用药频率较高的是帕罗西汀、西酞普兰、舍曲林.结论 抗抑郁药物临床应用日益增长,SSRIs、SNRIs类新型抗抑郁药物已经成为临床治疗抑郁症的一线用药.
Objective To analyze the clinical application of antidepressant drugs in our hospital and provide reference for the rational use of drugs in clinic. Methods The clinical data of 610 patients who received antidepressant treatment in our hospital from January to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. And the consumption sum, defined daily dose(DDDs) and drugs daily cost(DDC) of clinical application of antidepressant drugs in our hospital were analyzed. Results The consumption sum of antidepressant drugs in our hospital showed an increasing trend. Among them, about 80% was consumed on selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRIs) and serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors(SNRIs). Paroxetine, citalopram and sertraline were the most frequently used drugs. Conclusion The clinical application of antidepressant drugs is growing increasingly. New antidepressant drugs such as SSRIs and SNRIs have become the first-line drugs for clinical treatment of depression.
