摘要 随着经济社会的飞速发展和人民生活水平的日益提高,广大人民群众对食品中转基因产品、食品掺伪、过敏原等问题的关注度越来越高。而这些问题的解决离不开分子生物学技术在食品检测领域的运用。但随着分子生物学技术在食品检测中越来越广泛的应用,一些问题也随之显现出来。文章对分子生物学技术在食品检测中的应用现状、限制因素及建议措施进行了总结和讨论,以期对分子生物学技术在食品检测中的应用和发展有所裨益。 With the rapid development of economy and society and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people pay more and more attention to the issues of genetically modified products,food adulteration and allergens in food.These problems can not be solved without the application of molecular biology technology in the field of food detection.However,some problems have emerged with the application of molecular biology technology in food detection more and more widely.The application status,limiting factors and suggested measures of molecular biology technology in food detection are summarized and discussed in this paper,it is expected to be beneficial to the application and development of molecular biology technology in food detection.
