摘要
本文总结了笔者使用手法复位配合早期内服桃红四物汤加减,中晚期内服自拟壮骨接筋汤加减治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床经验,旨在为今后桡骨远端骨折的诊疗提供新思路,也为中医药在骨伤科临床中的应用提供新方案。
This article summarized the author’s clinical experience in using manual reduction combined with the oral administration of Taohong Siwu Decoction in the early stage and oral administration of self-made Zhuanggu Jiejin Decoction in the mid-to-late stages of treatment of distal radius fractures, with the purpose to provide new ideas for diagnosis and treatment of distal radius fractures and new plans for clinical application of TCM in orthopedics.
