摘要
随着科技的发展,工业技术不断进步,各行各业均有一些突破,并取得了非常大的成效。在发展过程中,能源相互转换、利用以及物料生产都与锅炉压力容器有着非常紧密联系。目前,锅炉压力容器在工作过程当中需要承受一定的高压高温,易燃易爆,可能会发生一些严重事故,对于国家财产和人身安全会造成严重威胁,因此锅炉压力容器安全检验具有十分重要的作用。文章主要针对锅炉压力容器在安全检验过程中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了一些改善方法。
With the development of science and technology,industrial technology continues to progress,all walks of life have some breakthroughs,and achieved great results.In the development process,energy conversion,utilization and material production are closely related to boiler and pressure vessel.At present,the boiler pressure vessel needs to bear certain high pressure and high temperature in the working process,which is flammable and explosive,and may cause some serious accidents,which will pose a serious threat to the national property security and personal safety.Therefore,the safety inspection of boiler and pressure vessel has a very important role.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the safety inspection of boiler and pressure vessel,and puts forward some improvement methods.
