摘要
为降低减速机产品研发的技术难度与实验成本,以某型二级减速机系统为依据,设计开发了基于SolidWorks平台的数字化样机,并利用正弦函数构建电机驱动表达式,通过Simulation/Motion模块对其传动系统进行运动学仿真分析。在此基础上,利用C语言编程和STC12C5A60S2单片机开发,设计建立了二级齿轮传动系统控制模块,并借助3D打印构建了齿轮三维制件,最终搭建形成了一套针对减速机传动系统控制的机电一体化模型。可方便快捷地实现不同工况转速下的齿轮传动特性测试与实验验证,为减速机产品的设计开发提供了有效的实验思路与支持平台。
In order to reduce the technical difficulties and experimental cost of reducer product research,a digital prototype is designed and developed through SolidWorks platform,which based on a certain type of secondary reducer system. After the motor driven expression is built by sine function,the kinematics simulation analysis of its drive system is done through Simulation/Motion module. On this basis,a control module about secondary gear drive system is established by use of C language programming and STC12 C5 A60 S2 MCU development. The gear three-dimensional parts are constructed in virtue of 3 D printing,and then,a electromechanical integration model of the drive system control for the reducer is set up. Because of that,the gear drive characteristics testing and experimental verification under different working conditions would be carried out conveniently,and then an effective experimental ideas and support platform are provided for reducer product’s design and development.
