摘要
Autodesk Inventor软件具有强大的三维设计功能,利用Inventor软件创建了安全阀各零件的三维实体模型,并进行了虚拟装配。装配过程中可进行零部件的剖切显示和干涉检查,以便发现设计中存在的问题并及时进行修改。利用表达视图制作了安全阀的拆装动画,清晰地显示出各零件的装配关系。安全阀的虚拟装配可为其他产品的虚拟设计提供参考。
Autodesk Inventor software has powerful 3D design capabilities. 3D part models of safety valve are built on Inventor software, and make a virtual assembly of all parts. Cutting and displaying of assembly and intervention check between parts are carried on in the virtual assembly in order to find problems in the design and modify them in time. At the same time, assembly and disassembly animation of safety valve are created using the expressed view, which clearly shows the assembly relationship of all parts. The virtual assembly of safety valve can provide reference for virtual designed of other products.
