摘要
为了延长空冷器风机的使用寿命,减少停机次数,运用可靠性分析方法对其进行了相关分析研究。通过收集整理某石化公司的维修历史记录,计算出它的无故障运行时间,运用K-S检测法进行拟合优度检测,得出风机的无故障运行时间服从威布尔分布,在此基础上求得了风机无故障运行时间的概率密度函数、可靠度函数、失效率函数等可靠性指标。同时根据风机的故障情况对其进行了可靠性增长趋势和失效模式的分析。结果表明:该类风机的平均寿命为10308h,现阶段定期维修的时间多集中在3600h左右;在可靠度为0.9时,预防性维修周期为2230h。经过适当的维修后该类风机的可靠性有显著增长的趋势,特别是在大修后增长得最为明显。引起风机主要故障部位是皮带/皮带轮/轮毂处,且故障多数会引起噪声和振动异常。
In order to prolong the service life of air cooler fan and reduce the number of shutdown,the reliability analysis method was used to conduct relevant analysis and research.Based on a Petrochemical Industries Corporation’s maintenance record data,calculating its non-failure operation time and using Kolmogorov-Smirnovmethod for the detection of the goodness of fit test,it was concluded that the non-failure operation time of the fans obeyed Weibull distribution.Then,the reliability indexes such as the probability density function,the reliability function and the failure rate function for the non-failure operation time of the fans were obtained.At the same time,according to the fault condition of the fans,the trend of its reliability growth and failure modes were analyzed.The results showed that the average life span of this type of fan was10308 h,and the regular maintenance time was mostly about 3600 h at present stage.When the reliability was 0.90,the preventive maintenance period was 2230 h.The reliability of this typical of fan had a significant increase after proper maintenance,especially after the overhaul.The main fault parts of the fans are belt/pulley/hub,and most of the faults will cause abnormal noise and vibration.
