摘要
非对称截面型材平面拉弯成形后,零件会出现法向翘曲变形的现象,对任意形状非对称截面型材预拉屈服后的小曲率弯曲进行了截面应力-应变分析,用塑性工程解析法推导了平面拉弯时的法向附加弯矩公式。对Ω形和L形两种截面型材进行了平面等曲率拉弯成形试验,验证了理论分析结果。用ABAQUS有限元软件模拟了L形截面型材,在先预拉再弯曲后补拉的加载方式下,型材发生法向翘曲变形,得到了补拉量和摩擦系数对法向翘曲变形的影响规律,试验与模拟结果表明:当先预拉0.7%再弯曲时,随着补拉量增加,法向翘曲变形快速减少,当补拉量超过0.5%后,法向翘曲变形下降缓慢。
Aiming at the problem that the normal buckling deformation occurs after the plane stretch bending of the dissymmetric section profile,the cross section stress-strain analysis of small curvature bending of arbitrary shaped dissymmetric section profile after pre-strectch yield was carried out.The formula of normal additional bending moment was derived by means of plastic engineering analytic method.Plane uniform curvature stretch bending tests were carried out onΩand L shaped section profile,and the theory analysis results were verified.The L shaped section profile was simulated by ABAQUS finite element software,the normal buckling deformation of the profile occurs under the loading mode of pre-stretch,bending and then post-stretch and the influence law of post-stretch alongation and friction coefficient on normal buckling deformation was obtained.The experimental and simulation results show that when bending with pre-stretch elongation of 0.7%,the normal buckling deformation decreases rapidly with the increase of post-stretch elongation,and when the poststretch elongation is more than 0.5%,normal buckling deformation decreases slowly.
