非对称断面型材成型有限条模拟与可视化研究 被引量:4

Study on visualization and simulation of non-symmetry section channel forming by using finite strip method

摘要 以基于U.L.法的弹塑性大变形样条有限条方法为理论基础,建立了体现辊弯成型特点的流动模型,针对非对称断面型材特点改变了边界处理的条件,引入并充分利用了计算机图形处理手段,实现了基于OOP的辊弯成型过程可视化模拟并形成了稳定系统。以一种非对称断面型材成型为例,对其进行了全流程的仿真计算,给出了模拟的图形结果并进行了分析。 In the paper, the theory is the elastic-plastic large deformation spline strip method based on UL, the flow model which embodies feature of cold roll-forming has been established, the boundary condition is improved, the new method of computer graph has been introduced and applied, the visual simulation of cold roll-forming based on OOP is come true and the stable system has been come into being. As a example, the whole forming process of a kind of non-symmetry section channel is simulated and the results has been provided and analized.
