持续气道正压通气治疗2型糖尿病合并OSAHS的疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 选取2018年8月~2019年9月110例T2DM合并OSAHS患者,随机平分为对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用CPAP治疗。结果治疗后,观察组夜间最低血氧饱和度(LSaO2)、平均血氧饱和度(MSaO2)水平高于对照组,比较两组胰岛素抵抗水平(HOMA-IR)及睡眠指标呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CPAP可改善T2DM合并OSAHS患者睡眠状况,降低胰岛素抵抗水平。
