摘要
针对复杂零件产品研发迫切需要对产品研制过程中的知识进行有效管理以实现共享和重用。以叶轮云制造为例建立了复杂零件云制造知识服务流程,在此基础上对复杂零件云制造流程中工艺设计静态知识服务、切削参数优化动态知识服务、刀轨计算静态知识服务、刀轨计算动态知识服务的实现策略进行了研究。以多孔型腔零件云制造为例,实现了部分功能,初步验证表明所提出的知识服务策略可有效提升产品研发效率。
To effectively manage,share and reuse the knowledge in the process of the research and development of complex parts,this paper takes impeller cloud manufacturing for example,establishes its knowledge service flow process,then,researches on the implementation strategies of the static knowledge service of process design and tool path calculation and the dynamic knowledge service of cutting parameter,optimization and tool path calculation,and then,takes the cloud manufacturing of porous cavity parts for example,some functions of the system are realized.The preliminary verification shows that the knowledge service strategy above can be used to effectively improve the efficiency of the product development.
