摘要
UG是由CAD/CAE/CAM所组成的一种集合参数化和特征化的大型软件,其中各部分数据的用户是可以自由切换的,这样使得工程师能够对成品的各方面的而设计和程序设计更上一层楼,工程的集合化所需的软件有CAN/CAD/LAPP,运用UG软件对模具零件进行加工,并且选择较为合适的加工方法,这样就可以对加工的工艺参数和走刀路线进行尽一步的优化,从而来提升复杂型腔零件的数控编程的效率和加工精度,运用UG软件设计的产品必须是依据图纸的尺寸设计出来的实体三维造型,然后还必须对图形和工艺进行分析,这样就可以通过加工的方法来选择加工工具,并确定好工序,对零件使用UG软件进行相关的编程,这样来模拟出相应的刀轨,在后面进行对比,并发现不合适的地方进行修正,从而达到及时优化的目的,最后就可以得到一个加工程序,并将此程序在机床上进行相应的实际应用,最后结果表明在机床上进行实际加工出的零件是复合实际的生产要求的。
UG is a kind of large-scale software composed of CAD/CAE/CAM,which can be parameterized and characterized.Users of all parts of the data can switch freely,this allows engineers to take the design and program design of all aspects of the finished product to a higher level.The software required for the integration of the project is CAN/CAD/LAPP.The UG software is used to process the mold parts and the more suitable processing method is selected,so that the process parameters and the tooling route of the processing can be further optimized In order to improve the efficiency of NC programming of complex cavity parts and processing accuracy,the products designed by UG software must be solid 3D modeling designed according to the size of drawings,and then the graphics and process must be divided,the machining tools can be selected by machining method,the working procedure can be determined,and the parts can be programmed with UG software.In this way,the corresponding tool path can be simulated,compared later,and the unsuitable parts can be found to be corrected,so as to achieve the purpose of timely optimization.Finally,a machining program can be obtained,and this program is applied to the machine tool for practical application.The final results show that the parts processed on the machine tool are combined with the actual production requirements.
