Fungi have rich nutritional value,and became a kind of food that people warmly pursue.The construction measures of the supply chain logistics network of artificially cultivated edible fungi were described in detail,hoping that can deepen the understanding of edible fungi species through the overview of edible fungi supply chain,the operation advantages of supply chain network,and the promotion of the construction measures of supply chain network,so as to promote the continuous development of edible fungi industry.
