摘要
培育一支高水平的“双师型”教师队伍是提升新时代职业教育质量的核心要素,教师的专业发展是培育高水平“双师型”教师队伍的实践路径。然而,在“双师型”教师的专业发展过程中出现了整体规划意识薄弱、身份认同障碍、自我发展效果不佳的“内卷化”现象,这是由系统思维的缺乏、合作性文化氛围的缺失、选聘标准的错位、评价的失序、伦理的弱化五方面造成的。为了破除教师专业发展“内卷化”的“硬约束”和“软约束”,可以从以下五个角度着手:系统思考,开发多方沟通途径;建立学习共同体,实现教师团体合作学习;改变心智,建构合理选聘标准;建立共同愿景,重视评价制度改革;超越自我,重视教师职业伦理。
Cultivating a high-level"double qualified"teacher team is the core element to improve the quality of Vocational Education in the new era.The professional development of the teacher is the practical path to cultivate a high-level"double qualified"teacher team.However,in the process of professional development of"double qualified"teacher,the phenomenon of"Internalization"appears,which is caused by the lack of systematic thinking,the lack of cooperative cultural atmosphere,the dislocation of selection criteria,the disorder of evaluation and the weakening of ethics.In order to get rid of the"hard constraint"and"soft constraint"of the"Internalization"of teachers'professional development,we can start from the following five perspectives:focus on systematic thinking and development of multi communication channels;establishing learning community to achieve cooperative learning of teachers'groups;changing the knowledge and skill structure to construct reasonable selection criteria;establishing common vision and emphasizing the reform of evaluation system;surpassing oneself and emphasizing on teachers'professional ethics.
