摘要
目的调查不同的同伴支持方式对妇科恶性肿瘤患者社会支持感知水平的影响及患者希望水平状况,为规范开展同伴支持活动提供参考。方法选择2016年12月至2018年12月在某三甲医院住院并参与同伴支持项目的121名妇科癌症患者,采用Herth希望量表进行调查。调查内容包括患者一般情况、患者社会支持感知水平和希望水平。结果同伴支持能够提高妇科肿瘤患者的希望水平。不同形式的同伴支持方式中,高希望水平患者构成比最高的组别是“一对一+小组”组,其次为“一对一”组。在实施的时间间隔上,高希望水平患者占比最高的组别是“间隔1周”组;在实施形式上,高希望水平患者构成比最高的组别是“面对面+电话/微信”组,最低的是“电话/微信”组。结论探究简单有效的同伴支持方式,制订规范化的支持者筛选和培训系统,建立具有我国特色的同伴支持干预团队显得尤为重要。
Objective To investigate the influence of different peer support methods on the level of perceived social support and the level of hope in patients with malignant gynecological tumors,so as to provide reference for standardizing peer support activities.Methods A total of 121 gynecological cancer patients who were admitted to a tertiary hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 and enrolled in a peer support program were selected for investigation using the Herth Hope Scale.The scale was about patient general information,level of perceived social support and level of hope.Results Peer support can improve the level of hope in gynecological cancer patients.As for the organization form of peer support,the proportion of patients with high level of hope was the highest in the group using"one-to-one+group"peer support,followed by the group using"one-to-one"peer support.About the interval of peer support activities,the proportion of patients with high level of hope was the highest in the group of one-week interval.As for the form of activities,the proportion of patients with high level of hope was the highest in the"face-to-face+telephone/WeChat"group,and the lowest in the"telephone/WeChat"group.Conclusion It is particularly important to explore a simple and effective peer support method,develop a standardized supporter screening and training system,and to establish a peer support intervention team with Chinese characteristics.
