摘要
目的探讨脑卒中患者家庭照顾负担及影响因素,为降低患者家庭负担提供依据。方法对342例脑卒中患者家庭照顾者进行回顾性调查,采用单因素和多因素分析,筛选影响脑卒中患者家庭照顾负担的影响因素。结果多因素分析结果显示,家庭照顾负担的影响因素包括:家庭照顾者与患者的关系为配偶、文化程度为初中及以下、每日照顾时间8~12小时、患者日常生活能力评定为依赖、患者认知能力差、患者精神状态差是脑卒中照顾者负担主要影响因素。结论应根据脑卒中患者家庭照顾负担相关影响因素,尽早采取干预措施,减轻家庭照顾者负担,改善患者预后。
Objective To explore the burden of family caregivers in stroke patients and the influencing factors,so as to provide reference for reducing the burden of family caregivers.Methods A total of 342 family caregivers of stroke patients were investigated retrospectively.Univariate and multivariate analysis were used to screen the influencing factors of the burden of family caregivers in stroke patients.Results The results of multivariate analysis showed that the influencing factors of family caregivers'burden included:spouses as caregivers,family caregivers'education level of junior high school and below,daily care time of 8-12 hours,patients'ability of daily living being dependent,patients'cognitive ability being poor,and patients'mental state being poor.Conclusion Countermeasures based on the influencing factors should be taken in time,to reduce the care burden of the family caregivers and improve patients'prognosis for the stroke patients.
