摘要
目的了解患者术前等候期间的需求,缓解患者术前焦虑等不安情绪,使其顺利接受手术治疗,减少术后并发症的发生,促进患者康复。方法采用立意抽样法,选取2018年6月—12月在我院手术室接受手术治疗的50例患者作为研究对象,运用质性研究的现象学研究方法对其进行访谈,根据采集的资料进行整理与分析,提炼主题。结果患者在术前等候期间的需求包括:知晓手术时间、了解手术前后如何配合、知晓术后如何进行疼痛管理。结论通过了解手术患者术前需求,提供针对性的个体化健康宣教,有效缓解患者术前焦虑情绪,使患者术后积极配合治疗与护理,减少疼痛及并发症的发生,促进患者康复。
Objective To understand patients'demand when waiting for surgery,and to relieve their anxiety before surgery,so as to make them receive surgery successfully,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and to promote recovery.Methods Fifty patients accepting surgeries from June to December 2018 in our operating room were selected as subjects using purpose sampling method.The phenomena research method of qualitative research was used to interview them,and the interview data was sorted and analyzed.Results During the waiting period before surgery,patients had the demand to know the operation time,how to comply before and after the operation,and how to manage postoperative pain.Conclusion Understanding patient demand before surgery and providing individualized health education can relieve their anxiety,increase their compliance with treatment and care,prevent pain and complications,and therefore promote recovery.
