摘要
目的观察穴位按压对留置胃管患者减轻不良反应的有效性及一次插管的成功率。方法将90例胰腺炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组采取传统置胃管法；观察组在此基础上予以指压合谷、内关穴。观察并记录插管前后2组患者心率变化、呛咳、恶心、呕吐等不良反应的发生情况及一次性插管成功率。结果对照组插管前后心率变化差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），不良反应发生率为51．1％，反复插管率为26．7％。观察组插管前后心率无明显变化（P〉0．05），观察组插管前后不良反应发生率在4．4％，一次性插管成功率为97．8％。结论对胰腺炎患者留置胃管行胃肠减压采取指压内关穴、合谷穴效果较好。
Objective To observe the effect of acupressure to relieve the adverse effect of patients and success rate of intubation during gastric tube insertion. Methods We divided 90 pancreatitis patients into the observation group and the control group randomly with 45 cases in each group. Routine intubation method was used in the control group. While in the observation group we gave acupressure of Neiguan and Hegu point based in the routine method. Then we compared the changes in heart rate, bucking, nausea, vomiting and other adverse effect as well as the one-time success rate of intubation. Results Changes in heart rate before and after intubation in the control group were significantly different（P 〈 0.05）. The incidence rate of adverse effect in the control group was 51.1% and rate of repeated intubation was 26.7%.In the observation group changes in heart rate was not evident （P 〉 0.05）. The incidence rate of ad- verse effect in the observation group was 4.4% and the one-time success rate of intubation was 97.8%. Conclusion It proved effective to use acupressure of Neiguan and Hegu point during gastric intubation for gastrointestinal decompression.
