摘要
目的构建基于向量理论的癌症晚期患者痛苦程度评估指标,分析该指标的护理价值。方法分别以疼痛评分和焦虑评分为直角坐标系的横坐标和纵坐标,用相对比例原则调整两坐标单位,使其最大值相同,再按疼痛:焦虑=3:1折算,然后根据向量计算规则合成相应的向量。分析该向量的模长、向量角所表示的临床含义。结果该指标与患者自述的痛苦程度有较好的吻合度,能同时反映出患者的痛苦程度和痛苦的原因。结论用疼痛评分和焦虑评分为基础合成的向量可以表示患者的痛苦程度,不仅可以反映患者的生命质量,也可用于制定护理策略及评估护理效果。
Objective To construct an evaluation indicator of pain degree in patients with advanced cancer based on vector theory,and to analyze its value for nursing.Methods The pain score and anxiety score were taken as the abscissa and ordinate of the Cartesian coordinate system,respectively.The two coordinate units were adjusted by the principle of relative proportion,so that the maximum values were the same.Pain and anxiety values were converted according to the ratio pain:anxiety=3:1,and then calculated using vector calculation rules to generate the vectors.The clinical implications of the vectors'modulus length and vector angle were analyzed.Results The indicator well accorded with the real pain degree reported by the patients,and also reflected the pain degree and causes.Conclusion The vectors based on pain and anxiety scores can represent pain degree of the patients.It can not only reflect the patients'quality of life,but also can be used to develop nursing strategies and evaluate the nursing effects.
