摘要
目的运用价值流程图优化急诊严重创伤患者术前急救流程,减少救治时间的浪费,提高救治效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取急诊收治的69例严重创伤患者为研究对象,按入院时间顺序分为对照组39例,实施常规创伤患者绿色通道救治流程;观察组30例,实施基于价值流程图的急诊严重创伤患者术前急救流程。结果观察组严重创伤患者首次医嘱的开具时间、首次辅助检查完成时间、手术医嘱开具时间、总流程时间、住院时间均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论实施基于价值流程图的急诊严重创伤患者术前急救流程能促进患者的高效救治,具有显著的临床实践价值。
Objective To optimize the preoperative emergency care process for severe trauma patients in the emergency department using value stream mapping,reduce time wastage during treatment,and improve treatment outcomes.Methods Using convenience sampling,69 severe trauma patients admitted to the emergency department were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(39 cases)receiving the conventional green channel treatment process for trauma patients,and an observation group(30 cases)receiving the value stream mapping-based preoperative emergency care process for severe trauma patients,based on the order of admission.Results The time to first medical order,completion time of first auxiliary examination,time to surgical order issuance,total process time,and hospitalization time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the value stream mapping-based preoperative emergency care process for severe trauma patients can promote efficient treatment and has certain clinical significance.
