摘要
目的分析氟哌噻吨美利曲辛+埃索美拉唑治疗慢性胃炎并发GERD(胃食管反流病)的临床疗效。方法选择2017年1月—2018年12月本院收治的236例慢性胃炎并发GERD患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组两组,每组各118例。对照组采用埃索美拉唑治疗,实验组采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛+埃索美拉唑治疗。对比两组临床症状积分、临床疗效、血清炎性因子指标、不良反应发生率。结果实验组临床总有效率(97.46%)显著比对照组(84.75%)高,实验组治疗8 w后胸骨后疼痛、反酸、烧心、嗳气症状积分、血清TNF-a、IL-8、IL-1β水平均显著比对照组低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率(4.24%)与对照组(3.39%)比较,差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛+埃索美拉唑可有效改善慢性胃炎并发GERD患者病情,促进反酸、烧心等症状消退,抑制炎症介质释放,且不良反应较少,值得借鉴。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of flupentixol and melitracen plus esomeprazole in the treatment of chronic gastritis complicated with gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).Methods From January 2017 to December 2018, 236 cases of patients with chronic gastritis complicated with GERD were enrolled in the study and they were randomly divided into two groups, 118 cases in the reference group were treated with esomeprazole, 118 cases in the experimental group were treated with flupentixol and melitracenplus esomeprazole, and the clinical symptom score, clinical effect, serum inflammatory factor index and adverse reactions occurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group(97.46%) was significantly higher than that of the reference group(84.75%). The retrosternal pain, acid regurgitation, heartburn, belching symptom score, serum TNF-a, IL-8 and IL-1 β levels of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(4.24%) was higher than that in the reference group(3.39%),P>0.05.Conclusions Flupentixol and melitracenplus esomeprazole could effectively improve the condition of patients with chronic gastritis complicated with GERD, promote the regression of acid regurgitation and heartburn symptoms, inhibit the release of inflammatory mediators, and have fewer adverse reactions, which is worth learning.
